Reworked folder structure
Mostly tidied up all core files
Mostly written documentation and comments for core files
Implemented versiontools, moduletools, logtools, revamped other tools
Implemented new commands API
Major console GUI revamp
A bunch of refactoring so variables make more sense
rocketleague module enhancement because lazy and didn't want to use another branch

TODO:

Implement permissions into commands API
Implement module activation with new commands API
Implement new system for API management (Google, Reddit, SoundCloud etc.)
