[x] distance smaller than 10% of face diagonal
[ ] timed behavior: alarm on after 0.5s of both, reset on lost

Core problem: Hands in front of the face will make detection crazy unreliable for the currently used model. Waiting a few frames will reduce impact of mismatches, this should also prevent alerts for intermediate hand-detection on the face.
