Disable Lore of MW Items with a configuration #24

I made a configuration option to disable the lore of mw items for the people wo dont want it :)

Hello, thank you for your pull-request. Why do you think it is necessary to force apply the lore cancellation by sending a packet ?

My idea was that each server can change in the config if the lore should be hidden or not. I have multiple server and on one it would be nice that the lore is not hidden and on the main server the lore should be hidden for the players :)
