[FEATURE] Basic MS Paint functionality #124

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to have simple markup.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to see the basic Ms Paint functionality, arrow, box, highlight aria, undo and text aria.

Describe alternatives you've considered There is no option at this time.

Good request! I may add a plugin for this. Just wait for the new release of QuickPictureViewer or QPV Plugins
