Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When users on my server post content, it is commonly requested that the poster receive a point of reputation to commend them for the content they shared. Currently Modulo possesses the leveling system, but this is something different.

Users can view these points for their own satisfaction.

Describe the solution you'd like When a user issues a given command (one or many) with an @mention the mentioned use receives a single point of reputation for the corresponding command. Modulo responds within the context of the given channel with the action taken.

Describe alternatives you've considered My group has considered the Modulo and Taksumaki point systems, which cross-server and on a countdown system. This point system is simpler - used within the context of a single server.
