Optional Welcome Message Upon New Member Verification #20

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I use the Modulo Verification feature to deal with raids on my server. While this is very effective at preventing spam on the server, I do have to turn off the Discord feature that announces new members during raids or risk having just the announcements themselves end up spamming the server. Still it would be nice to be able to announce/welcome new members once they have been verified by the bot.

Describe the solution you'd like Optionally have the bot announce new members (Like the welcome message option) only after they have been given the verified role by the bot.
