XP from join message #43

Describe the bug When you use discords welcome messages a user will gain XP even if they never speak.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on discords welcome messages
  2. Check the level board

Expected behavior A user gains no XP.

Will make sure it's fixed in upcoming 3.0 release
