Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when I am on my school wifi, or out in a jog and some random person comes in and decides to spam! But what did I forget to do with Modulo? Set up AntiSpam, but damn.. I can't access the dashboard.

Describe the solution you'd like Have all the features that Modulo has to offer in command format via Discord aswell as the Dashboard

Configuration via commands are very difficult because Modulo has a complex config setup. Sure setting simple roles or enabling and disabling modules would be simple but Modulo has many other configuration options that doesn't suit well in a config command. The purpose of the dashboard was a clean way to configure Modulo and it was designed to be mobile friendly.
