What is the current behavior?

Currently thresholds are always checked.

Issue Number: #89

What is the new behavior?

Thresholds can be opted out to only show the value.

• If you pass --no-check-thresholds, thresholds will not be checked
• Output table(s) will also not contain threshold and success columns
