Adding an exclamation point after the status code

Currently all of the redirects work as the forced. As this link https://community.netlify.com/t/changed-behavior-in-redirects/10084 they had a fix for forced behavior and if we want to persist the forced rules for the redirects , we need to add an exclamation point after the status code.
