Major refactor:

Removed hard-coded drawing logic in favor of using rpi-rgb-matrix mapper
Fixed issues with INI files
Added additional examples
Made sure examples use INI files as well
Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No breaking changes

What needs to be documented once your changes are merged?

Loads of documentation needed and this will be my next target.
