Modified the UI / UX for pattern Fx editing #13

To modify the Fx array on a pattern you'll now double-click on the pattern in the song editor view. If the pattern has Fx it'll have a number on the pattern element showing the Fx count. If it has none then the element will be blank.

This PR also fixes the repeating song implementation.
