Closes #85.
Note: Foregrounds can ONLY be png, and they have to be the same size as the sublocation image.
To add foreground to a sublocation, add a new image called the same as the sublocation but with "_foreground" appended to its name.
Example: Witness.jpg -> Witness_foreground.png FooBar.png -> FooBar_foreground.png
