App broken on 16.0.0 #63

The .nro no longer boots on the newest update 16.0.0

Use this build in the meantime, only for 16.0.0 users switch-remote-play.zip Thanks to @masagrator for the hex editing workaround.

@cucholix thanks for providing a workaround in the meantime. I'm very busy nowadays and am in fact currently away overseas for the next few weeks so I'm not at my dev machine. When I get the chance I'll make an updated build with the newer sdks to maintain support with the latest firmware.
