TPA TPAHERE timeouts when a player moves, attacks, ect. configurable #5

Timeout for a specific server for situations where a player leaves the server via tpa or tpahere. So players can not pvplog.

The only thing stopping me from using this plugin on a live server.

Example, if player is leaving server 1 via tpa or tpahere and the config states a 5 second wait, you will wait 5 seconds to leave that server via tpa / tpahere, canelled by a player moving (not via yaw and pitch) and by a user attacking or being attacked.
