[Bug] Settings do not save when no scene is present #17

Describe the bug

To Reproduce Create a world with no scenes and try to change settings of the module.

Hotkeys do not save, cannot apply to all users
Cannot create/edit pings and pointers

Thanks for the bug report.

I do not think this is a huge issue, since not having a scene is kind of a rare edge case, especially if one wants to use this module.

I'll still take a look at this at some point, but time is scarce currently and i think the priority isn't high here. If someone disagrees, feel free to send a PR fixing this issue. (PRs are always welcome to all my modules)
