Switches over to support Foundry v10 only. All v10 warnings removed. #41

While Foundry v10 does have long-click pings, I very much prefer to use a keybind and thus want to keep using fvtt-pointer. So, in this PR I updated it to give no warnings in foundry v10, dropping v9 compatibility as v10 is now stable. Hopefully this is something you can use, if not at least I have my own local version updated. :)

Are there going to be bug fixes for v10 as well?
