[FEATURE] Add Hungarian adjectives

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We use FoundryVTT's UI in English, but we play in Hungarian. Having Hungarian adjectives in generated token names would ease our immersion and would improve our experience.

Describe the solution you'd like

I prepared a dictionary of en: hu translations based on the curated English list of 700 adjectives:

• CSV
• JSON

Possible solutions I see:

• Since I haven't found documentation on extending the adjectives.db I'd like you to add the list I provided.
• Alternatively, let me know, what's the preferred way to extend the database and I'll prepare a PR. (I guess I just need to fake a roll table export with some random UIDs and add it as a new line to the database?)

Describe alternatives you've considered

• I started to create my own name generator plugin that also uses the list of officially allowed Hungarian first names, but I'd rather use your plugin, since we already have it in our stack.

Additional context

Slightly off, the English adjective table is missing results for range [191, 191] and [387, 387].
