Super annoying when testing with random people

Expected: All players should not have Weakneess when in lobby mode.

apply_pregame_effects.mcfunction appears to be working, but cannot tell. Players are definitely not getting effects during pregame. What is happening here?!

When applying effects of 255, the status effects behave strangely. Reducing the level of the effect to 100 fixed this.
