Some upstreamed changes from the Noetic branch (though the cbor compression had to be removed since rosbridge2 doesn't seem to have it working yet), fixed a line in the readme, added the pancake and sandwich sprites for the turtlebot3 demo,

It also adds a costmap display mode for the occupancy grid widget, which is pretty cool:
