Adding support for Mondrian categories #20

Describe the solution you'd like crepes already support using Mondrian categories for Conformal Predictive Systems, so adding support for Mondrian categories for calibrated-explanations should not demand too much work.

Mondrian categories have been added through c5c5fd5ee09e7de0bcd2cee817307c81bfd37001. Further experimentation, improved documentation and additional testing is needed.

With v0.3.1, support for Mondrian categories is considered solved for both classification and regression.
