Navic support for Dracula #44

Hey! I had a bit of a headache to try to make Smitesh/nvim-navic work in the winbar similar as how it looks in VS Code until I realized that the colorscheme was missing the Navic groups. I added them. This is a picture of what's that this enables to do at the top:
