概要

後々ルールの増減があるとメンテナンスが辛いので、ESLintの設定をpackage.jsonから.eslintrcに移動 VSCodeでPrettierの設定を動かしたいので.prettierrcを追加

vue-eslint-parser + typescript-eslintでLintできるように設定
