Create example white/blacklist files in the correct place
Symlink config files and scripts into the correct place
Restart the agent

I like to minimise the number of manual steps involved where possible, every character which needs to be typed is a potential source of error. I find new zabbix agents need at least half a dozen or so plugins installing, so it's beneficial that the installation of any single one is as streamlined as possible. I respect your decision, though.
