[idea] Feature for self monitoring of a super spreaders #225

I'm opening this issue for further discussion and pointer for implementation (e.g. need to profile users whether they have many contacts and adjust probability to infect and adjust effort/battery use accordingly). Also, we need to keep the privacy of the users, so self-profiling rather than something external.

Really nice idea! I think it is possible to integrate using the new tech implemented in Hamagen 2. A bit concerned about people reaction to it. Getting a representation for how many people you meet on the screen can freak people out and make them delete the app... I think we need to find a discreet way of doing it.
