Raise awareness for custom ROMs to support older android devices #281

There might be unofficial ROMs for very old devices (or ROMs that was official but not supported any-more), more info will be in the device category in xda-developers forum.

for example: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2/ for samsung s2 device, which if not running Custom ROM is probably still on android 4.x version (the latest supported by vendor), which is not supported by magen app #280, but the OS can be upgraded using LineageOS to unofficial Android 10: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2/development-derivatives/rom-lineageos-17-0-t4022733 The device itself has WIFI/GPS/Bluetooth3.0 and probably the app will work on it.

List of some Custom ROMs OS: (can be used instead of old stock os for newer android version usage)

as I heard some complaints (in news) that the app won't work on older devices, it's possible to raise awareness such as: in google-play / magen-website, point minimum requirements for the app, but also that if it's android device it might be possible to upgrade it using custom ROMs, in which case a tech-shop, or tech-person might help, etc...

it's also might be helpful in case the app is supported, but newer android version will be able to make it work better (usage of newer api, more performance, fixes for android bugs, etc...)

Thanks for the offer. We focus our efforts with the popular devices in Israel. Supporting old ROMs isn't the case.

Well, Samsung s5 can also be stuck on < android 5, it was just an example. I understand this is not priority, just that it's possible solution for people with old devices that use old android versions who currently CAN'T install the app, but they might be able to install it if android version is upgraded via custom ROM, thus it's worthwhile to mention it, as the usefulness of the app also depend on how many people will install it...
