Update or remove ios fastlane example code #106

The current fastlane example code uses a private repo (left over from an early development effort) at example/ios/fastlane/Matchfile.

The example isn't in use since may (632fd11b6c1eba27089b02fc97971b0248b265d3) ... so we should either update the example or just remove it.
