Network information about a certain facebook user is not directly supported in 
their Open Graph API.. It needs special querying using FQL 

For this milestone, it is not critical and testing over friends and friends of 
friends should be sufficient .. for next milestone it is open to discussion 
which is more efficient networks or groups

We decided we don't need networks filtering in the first release of the app
