Prototype review: Hossam tasks

I like the prototype but I have some questions:
1)I don't get what does the arrows under the title sort do
2)Why is the sending option under hossam name does that mean I choose to 
contact hossam.
3)Is the confirmation sent after the contacted user confirms the transaction??

Thanks for your comments :) .. Here are my answers:

1- It means that you expanded the name and seeing the contact info.
2- Yes, it does.
3- Yes, it is.

I hope you will be okay if there are further changes in the UI during doing the 
tasks, since I might find something better to do later on.

Please let me know if you are still facing problems to edit/manipulate the 
issue.
