Per-alarm time out settings, plus immediate timeout #91

First, thanks for developing AlarmKlock!

I use AlarmKlock to remind me of the passage of time.  I use Type and Speak to 
create spoken reminders of the time or what I should be doing and use 
AlarmKlock to fire them off at the correct time.  This works great except that 
AlarmKlock repeats the reminder until I shut it off or until the auto-timeout 
mechanism kicks in.

I'd like to be able to specify an immediate auto-timeout (so that the reminder 
is played exactly once), and to be able to specify the auto-timeout delay on a 
per-alarm basis (so that my normal alarms will continue to nag me until I 
respond).
