Cannot mark mentor application as accepted and as admin in the same form submission. #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the "Edit Organization Mentors" page for an organization
2. Look at the line for a mentor who has applied but who the organization
has not yet accepted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: I can mark them as a mentor, check the admin box, and hit "Save
Changes".

Actual: I have to mark them as a mentor and save changes before the admin
box appears.  I can them mark them as an admin and save changes again.

This feature is working as intended.  However, it could be improved for future
iterations of the web app.
