If a mentor/admin clicks the willing button, others see "(ownership requested)" and no assignment dropdown

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(Note: all mentors described below also double as administrators for the
same project.)

1. One mentor/admin clicks "I am willing to mentor" for a project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: that mentor/admin sees "(ownership requested)" as the mentor, and
sees the dropdown for mentor assignment.  Other mentors/admins see some
indication that the first mentor/admin has requested ownership, and the
same mentor assignment dropdown.

Actual: that mentor/admin sees "(ownership requested)" but no mentor
assignment dropdown.  Other mentors/admins see "(ownership requested)"
(suggesting that *they* requested ownership) and no mentor assignment dropdown.

Please provide any additional information below.

.  Joey requested ownership, and Jamey and I also see "(ownership
requested)".  None of us see the mentor assignment dropdown.  All three of
us have mentor and admin privileges on ikiwiki.

I think that you need to give the application a score.  Right now that 
application
has score 0.  I see another application that has a positive score and there is a
mentor assignment dropdown on that application.

I can confirm that the mentor assignment dropdown now appears, so that portion 
of the
report appears fixed.

However, I still see "(ownership requested)" without any indication of who 
requested it.

down list.
