Some of the info filled in by potential mentor/ranker doesn't appear #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Added a non-public comment to Jeff Balogh's proposal for a new ticketing
system for DrProject; gave it +4; clicked "willing to mentor".
2. System returned me to the main Python projects page; Balogh's proposal
had been moved into the shaded area, but still had a ranking of 0, and my
name didn't appear as a potential mentor.
3. Clicked on the link to bring it up again; my comment wasn't visible, but
now the button says "I am *unwilling* to mentor".
4. Re-entered the comment, gave it +4, clicked "add evaluation comment". 
This time the +4 showed up in the main listing, but it still shows
"ownership requested".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The application should show as ownership requested if you clicked the I am 
willing to
mentor button.  Did the cumulative application score increase each time you 
ranked it?

Are you the organization administrator or a mentor-only user?

The "willing to mentor" button doesn't submit comments or evaluations.  Perhaps 
it
should, though if so its position should change to indicate that.

I believe the issue is that one cannot simultaneously score an application and
request mentorship.  Try first changing the score, then requesting mentorship.  
If
this workaround does not help, please let us know.

I think that this is working as designed.  It just points out that the UI of 
the GSoC
web app is not as clear as it could be.

Leslie is correct: each button only does one thing and processes the form 
elements
directly above that button, if any.  E.g., if you press the button to indicate 
that
you are willing to mentor, you are not submitting a comment.

I'm going to hand this issue back Leslie for consideration as part of a 
longer-term
UI refinement.
