For those with access,
http://code.google.com/soc/plone/app.html?csaid=KhIJHAUfXSMlPx4FGgcfUC4IYkQCSl0G
BXBdYhJQSlNXUXRX%0A
is an actual application with 2 votes by the same mentor (me).

Just to give a contrasting viewpoint:
I don't think the ability to modify the score should be restricted in this way.
If
the mentors are at war with each other and cannot work together to reach a
consensus
in the rankings, then a project has bigger problems than a restriction of this
kind
in the webapp would solve.
The limited set of increments and decrements allowed currently in the webapp
are not
always enough to sift through a large quantity of applications.

The WebApp docs *explicitly* document this behavior, so it's a feature, not a
bug :)

Cool, thanks for the clarification! I thought it was like this last year, I
must've
mis-remembered that.
