Keep application listing on same page after adding comment or eval #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an application not on the first page
2. Add a comment or an evaluation to that application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that I'm taken back to the application listing on the
same page I was on,
even if the application has moved off the page. Instead, I'm always taken back
to the first page of
applications.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
No clue what version and this is on Mac OS X 10.4.9 with Safari 2.0.4

I'd much rather stay on the application page itself rather than being taken
back to
the list. As I was triaging, I wanted to:

- Add a public comment saying "Sorry, your application is ineligible"
- Make it ineligible

This would have been easy if it had returned to the same page rather than the
list.

Alternatively, make "ineligible" a checkbox. After all, it appears to be a
state you
can add and remove...
