Organization sort order should ignore leading "the " #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Submit an organization with a name containing "the " at the beginning,
such as "The Wine Project"
2. Observe where the organization falls in the list of organizations on the
front page <http://code.google.com/soc>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: organization sorts under first actual word; for instance, "The
Wine Project" should sort under "W".

Actual: organization sorts under "T".
