Add some factors for GA members survey and feedback to be evaluated as GA form Mohamed Radwan

All GAs will be evaluated from the LA (Lead Advisory) (as for now only Mohamed Radwan) we hope we will have more LAs next year.

Some factors and KPIs around:

• Ability to influence, attract, sell, and persuade our objectives to his/her members
• Ability to deliver and cascade leadership message when required
• Ability to provide negative feedback to other members and peers in a constructive manner
• Empathy and non-frustration when dealing with difficult or challenging members
• Professional ethics and rational judgement without emotional
• Being able to accept challenges when dealing and managing difficult or challenging members
• Ability to transfer underperforming members to better-performing ones
• Number of direct/indirect contact with GMs
• Number of GMs who attended the activity
• Number of GMs who completed the surveys
• Number of GMs who completed GitHub profile

Use the same template for evaluate members but add the new factors to it and create it as new template
