XDocReport.dotm seems no longer to work on Word 2010 and Word 2013 #410

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy XDocReport.dotm to 
"C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP"
2. Start MS Word 2010 or MS Word 2013 on Windows 8.1 64 bit
3. Menu "XDocReport" is visible and also the ribbon with the Icons are visible. 
Click on "Design Settings" gives the error "Microsoft-Formular: An Object could 
not be loaded, because not available!"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"The macro was not loaded because of your macro security Settings"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Microsoft Windows 8.1 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
XDocReport is a realy great tool. Micorosoft Macros are realy hard to maintain 
for internationalization and over OS Versions.
Maybe the VB sources of the macros can be added to Sources. So the macros can 
be further developed and maintained over Versions.

This issue seems the same issue than

I'm not a big expert with VB macro, so if you can help us to improve it like 
supporting 64 bits, it should be very cool.

Any contribution are welcome!
