template compilation error - instrText vs. fldSimple #426

Hi,

I stated a bug on github (https://github.com/opensagres/xdocreport/issues/3), 
but I did not get any responds. So I will try it here also.

I also read a former issue considering the problem of instrText vs. fldSimple, 
but this was posted about three years ago. Now using xdocreport 1.0.4, I have 
problems again. May it be a problem, that MS Word mixes up instrText & 
fldSimple nodes in one document.xml? Due to the compiler error of the template 
language it seems to be the case, that xdocreport only pre-processes one type 
of nodes for one document.
