Ordered Lists continues numbering from a previous list #458

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a word document(.docx) with a velocity placeholder for 2 variables
2. Add  2 ordered lists to these variables <ol><li>something</li></ol> as the 
first variable and <ol><li>something else</li></ol>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected word document to have 2 lists with starting number as 1 for both 
lists. Instead the second list continues the numbering from the first list.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.4 - Mac
