I faced this issue while trying to run the below command /usr/bin/time magicblast -query Non_Tumor_NT_AA_004_1.fq -query_mate Non_Tumor_NT_AA_004_2.fq -db GRCh38 -infmt fastq -out Non_Tumor_NT_AA_004.sam the below error appeared c84736f2-e3a0-4fe3-af3a-41078f295984

when searching I found the below answer Signal 11 means that the program accessed an unassigned memory location.

another comment I found online: it's a memory access error, which is usually caused by bad hardware. ram, motherboard, cpu overheating, whatever.
