I agree with the grammatical errors present, but I do think that readers are still able to understand the context easily, thus according to the guide on Documentation Bugs, I think this is considered not in scope.

In the
Notes about the command format:section, the line defining duplicate customers is as follows:Duplicate customer is defined as 2 person who have identical <phone number> or <email>.However, it should be written as '2 persons' instead.
Similarly, there are grammatical errors in the following line:
index must be value of between (1 -> 2147483647), any value out of this range will be considered as incorrect format; whereas value in range but not in customer list is considered out of bound.These may hinder the understanding of users.
