Might be better to have an area specifying all the common errors/pitfalls. For instance, one would naturally assume 'unmarkappt' command to behave in the opposite way of markappt command. However, this is not the case in this scenario. It might thus be good to have a common pitfalls section which details common errors that users make.

Hi, this is our team's response:

For this particular example in which the behaviour of unmarkappt does not behave exactly in the opposite way of markappt, it is mentioned in our UG already that it does not recover the marked appointment details. Additionally, since we mention all pitfalls related to each feature under their own Caution section, we do not think that we require a common pitfall section. Hence, we feel that this bug should be rejected.
