Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log on to HealtheRegisteries
  2. Select Apps and launch Announcements tool.
  3. Click on Create button.
  4. Select Published checkbox.
  5. Repeat step 3 and 4 to add 21 announcements.
  6. Navigate back to the home page.
  7. Click on the icon (which displays number of Announcements)
  8. Verify that modal window opens and displays the first 20 announcements on the first page and at the bottom there is a next page (>) icon.
  9. On click of next, it does not show the next set of announcements, instead it gives and error.
