Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log on to HealtheRegisteries
  2. Select Apps and launch Announcements tool.
  3. Click on Create button.
  4. Select Published checkbox.
  5. Repeat step 3and 4 to add 10 announcements.
  6. Navigate back to the home page.
  7. Verify that there is no refresh button to load the latest Announments.

Can be taken as suggestion incase Announments are published frequently.
