Uninstall problem with Samsung Galaxy S4 with JB4.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.installed dashclock 1.5
2.uninstalled dashclock
3.checked lock screen options

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Removal of dashclock shouldn't affect lock screen options for swipe, facelock, 
none, etc.  These options are not available after uninstall of dashlock.  The 
only lock screen options available are pattern, pin, and password after 
dashclock uninstall.

What version of the product are you using?
1.5

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Samsung Galaxy S4 with JB4.3

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have done a factory reset and reinstalled dashclock with the same problem.  
Factory reset will allow all lock screen option to be available.

I think I have isolated the problem.  When I uninstalled dashclock I 
uninstalled it from the application manager without first removing it from the 
lock screen.  Also, I had the lock screen setup with a pattern when I 
uninstalled it.  I just tried uninstalling dashclock by first removing it from 
the lock screen and having the lock screen in swipe mode.  Then I uninstalled 
it in the application manager.  It seem to worked without affecting the other 
lock screen options.
