Option to default to full screen

Hi. I have it on Samsung Galaxy 4 and I'd like to have the option of having it 
on full screen by default without having to drag it down to see all the 
extensions. It would greatly improve my experience. I thought the feature would 
be there already but cannot find a way to do it. It doesn't make sense to have 
it minimized to the top when the bottom is empty and I don't care if it covers 
my background picture. Thank you.
