Implementation of first version of upscaling from external solution through assimilation/fillmatrix/field4D modules
Multiple upscaling domains can now be defined, each with its own HDF, to be added in the relaxation routines.
Removal of duplicated matrixes generated when optimizations were made. Now optimizations are made by default and the previous optimization keywords are removed.
