Fixed some issues in upscalehdf5 tool in convert2hadf5 : can now upscale from 2D into 3D, and in interpolategrids which had a call to modifygriddata that zeroed all bathymetry values. Also fixed a bug in runoff related to boundary cells inside the domain which should not be boundary cells.
