Minecraft Version : 1.16.5 Mohist Version : 958

Operating System : ubuntu 21.10

Concerned mod / plugin : WORLDGUARD https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/worldguard

Steps to Reproduce :

/rg flag -w "world" -h1 spawn pvp Deny 2.bem a friend and he dies (in spawn) 3.end. Description of issue : friend dies in rg (pvp Deny)
